For MoovSpirit 300/500, V Series and M Series customers, a service pack can be installed automatically from MioMore Desktop to enable full Windows 7 compatibility for both 32 and 64Bit versions. To install the service pack:
Install MioMore Desktop from the DVD that came with your device
Connect your device to the PC
Open MioMore Desktop - this will search for updates automatically. Please install the update which is offered.
For M series customers who wish to use Windows 7 64Bit, please manually download and install the service pack from HERE (http://service.mio.com/M0100/F0110_htmlfilereader.aspx?fileid=%7Bid%7D&urlid=100869).
We do not support Windows 7 on the C Series and the Moov range of devices as these were in development and manufactured before the release of Windows 7.
